Singapore/Malaysia to Kolkata/Haldia and vice versa, Low Water Surcharge (LWS): The drafts at Kolkata are failing due to current low water season. This has reduced the loeadability of our vessels and affect our loadings. In order to recover the loss in revenue due to the reducing drafts, we will apply a Low Water Surcharge (LWS) of US$110 per TEU on all laden shipments (laden) from Singapore/Port Klang to Kolkata/Haldia and vice versa effective 1st November 2011.
